By pairing job seekers with career strategists and taking a person-first approach, Tampa Bay Job Links helps individuals identify and overcome the barriers preventing them from finding work. Through free workshops and a la carte personalized support, job seekers work with career strategists to identify challenges such as a lack of experience, a gap in their work history, and difficulty navigating the job search process to gain valuable insights and guidance as they increase their confidence and take control of their career path.

Tampa Bay Job Links is a Project EM partner helping to empower and employ our community by offering a variety of workshops and resources free of charge alongside the Network of Jewish Human Services Agencies consortium.
