Naturalization Assistance Program

As an affiliate of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), with funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) the GCJFCS Naturalization Assistance Program helps refugees and immigrants eligible to become a United States citizen take this final step toward securing a life of freedom.   The naturalization process can often times be a complicated and daunting challenge for many individuals.  Our Naturalization Assistance Program is here to help people sort through the complexities and become fully prepared for their interview and civics examination.

Services include:

  • Citizenship preparation classes
  • Assistance with completion of the N-400 Naturalization Application
  • If applicable, assistance with completion of fee waivers, and medical waivers of the English requirement
