In order to enroll in the Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program, we need to verify your eligibility: the child you pay child support on is in the state of Florida & that income guidelines are met. You can either call an NCPEP office to provide all needed information or click NCPEP Eligibility Determination to print and fax completed form to your local NCPEP office. Fax locations on bottom of form.
