Safe at Home provides an in-home haven for children who suffer at the hands of abuse and neglect though intensive intervention and 24/7 case management; keeping families together and children out of foster care.

Safe at Home employs a Care Manager and a Family Engagement Specialist who work together with each family for 90 days; utilizing a proven combination of education and crisis counseling to maintain in-home stability.

The family is then monitored for an additional six months to ensure that the home environment remains stable, healthy and without future threat to the children’s safety.

Success Rate:

90% of families served have returned their homes to a nurturing and abuse-free environment, without the additional trauma caused by the separation of children from their parents.
